Andy L. Caldwell, Esq.
Andy L. Caldwell, Esq., is OF COUNSEL in the Little Rock, Arkansas office. He was admitted to practice in 1999 in all Arkansas state and federal courts Mr. Caldwell received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas in 1999. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Henderson State University in 1995. Mr. Caldwell’s primary area of practice is workers’ compensation. He has lectured to Fortune 500 companies, insurance carriers and members of the bar on the topics of workers’ compensation, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and legal ethics. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association (formerly on the Ethics Committee and Judicial Nominations Committee), American Bar Association and Pulaski County Bar Association. Mr. Caldwell is a also a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association from which he received the President’s Award in May of 2003. He is married to Dr. Jacqueline Caldwell and father to four children. Mr. Caldwell enjoys golf and coaching youth sports in his spare time.
